PAYMENT All payments must be made prior to shipping of ordered goods. A monthly finance charge of 1.5%, 18% annually thereafter will be applied to delinquent invoices by accounts with 30 days credit terms. FREIGHT Shipping charges F.O.B. Pomona California for all stock item sales including backorders. All orders within the US will ship via UPS ground unless requested otherwise. All international orders will ship via USPS express unless requested otherwise. OnO Optical is not responsible for orders sent not using a traceable carrier and recommends requesting one whenever possible. OnO Optical is not responsible for any losses incurred for uninsured, lost shipments. Please request insured, traceable shipping whenever possible. Please consult customer service for shipping options and charges. PRICING Prices shown on our latest price list are considered current but subject to change without prior notice. WARRANTY All frames sold as OnO Optical in-line product carry a full 1 year manufacturer’s defect warranty* from date purchased. This warranty only applies to all products sold at wholesale prices, it does not apply to frames sold at distributor prices. Defective products under warranty will be replaced by non-defective products. OnO will not issue any money to customers. Defective styles under warranty that are no longer available may be returned for credit only. Closeout and overstock frames are not eligible for defective warranty. EXCHANGES & RETURNS All exchanges and returns in product must be made within 1 month from the date of invoice given that the product being exchanged or returned is not defective. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non defective exchanges or returns. e.g. returning something due to a mistake in customer’s purchase order. OnO Optical does not deal in consignment. All returned product must be in resalable condition and free from markings. No returns or exchanges will be allowed when purchased through distributor prices. All returns must be authorized by OnO Optical sales manager prior to the return or the claim will not be valid and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Credit balances can be used for product only. No refund checks will be issued. Closeout and overstock frames are not eligible for credit or exchange unless specified as samples sent for review by customer. All samples must be returned within 30 days. *OnO Optical will be the sole judge of products eligible for warranty. These terms and conditions include prices supersede any prior OnO Optical policies and can change without prior notice. |
